Hosting, Co-Hosting, being interviewed and being given opportunities to speak has helped not only in my confidence but learning my audience(s) and tone for the space that I enter at all times. I've learned my voice and have no shame in sharing my testimonies.

My platform allowed me to curate campaigns to push positive messages. From an Online Book Club that brought strangers together, to Self Love & Empowerment Challenges that forced women to level up mentally, emotionally, physically and financially, to Twitter Chats that opened up difficult conversations, Campaigns were the leading force in my relationship building with others.

I began openly sharing my life stories and experiences online through live journal which led me to search for a safe space with an organic feel. I found my voice when SincerelyDaja.com was born. In 2011 I launched No Boiz Allowed with the purpose to empower women and young ladies to be unapologetically them.

As a Creator and Co-Founder, it has been such an honor to create many inspiring projects, work with so many amazing women and brands as well as break stigmas that plague the women in the black culture. Crown Me Queen and Letters to My Sister were the leading events that leveled up my creativity as well as my impact in others.

I am not doing my job if I am not reaching back and helping others up. My goal and purpose when working with the youth is and has always been to be the big sister, friend and mentor I never had. My role in No Boiz Allowed and Black Girls Inspired allows me to do just that. From Girl Talk Workshops at the Boys and Girls Club to Summer Summits at Andre Agassi, Mentoring Workshops with BGI, I've found my love for giving back.

What started out as learning basic coding to create social media backgrounds and content turned into a talent I never knew existed, Graphic Design. I published my first self designed product to sell which was a Mirror Imaged "I Am Beautiful" TShirt. I went on to create products and graphic designs for many clients, including myself that still holds value and brings in revenue today.
